Sycamore Hall, is a self contained converted classroom.  The accommodation comprises a large entrance porch with a full shower room, utility area with washing machine & dryer, an open plan ground floor with kitchen, lounge and dining areas. A spiral staircase leads to a galleried upper floor with a shower room with toilet, and two twin bedrooms. The larger room has a unique glass feature wall using the old screens from the classroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the Lounge area which allows for a larger family group to stay.

Extra bedrooms may be available in the main house, Erroll Schoolhouse, for a group of more than four persons.Price on application.

Aikenshill House

House is in original grounds of golf course with club house a 2 minute walk and 1st tee just 5 minutes away. Just leave the car at house and enjoy your golf and walks all week! Alternatively, the bus service is 2 mins from the door with regular service to Aberdeen & Peterhead.

House has 6 bedrooms, with 3 downstairs and 3 upstairs. There are 2 master bedrooms both with en suite. Downstairs has king sized bed, large shower cubicle and TV. Upstairs has super king sized bed, whirlpool bath with lights and TV in bedroom. Bedrooms can sleep up to a total of 13 people (+ 3 camp beds available, maximum of 16 persons).  Ideal for parties of 6-8 people or more!

Living room has a 2 seater settee, plus 2 single electric recliner seats. In addition, there is a large sun lounge with 5 seater  ‘ L’ shaped settee. All seats are leather.
